Miss Colorado USA 2004 Janel Haw is an incredible beauty with short, curly hair. Her gorgeous face was easy to work with…just about any style fits. We decided to smooth out her curls while adding waves and spikes throughout her entire hairdo. Each spiky piece was pulled and twisted with gel, and the waves were left soft and refined. This look is spunky and fun, and is perfect for a day at the beach or a summer luncheon.
This is such a remarkable time of the year…why not spice up your appearance with extensions. Soft, flowing, natural looking waves will add a delightful bounce to your step during all your outdoor activities, even if it’s just lounging around at the pool. Janel’s new tresses draw attention to her smile, while fringed bangs complement her cheekbones. The extensions were simply clipped into the teased roots of her hair. Three layers were added for fullness and drama.
Miss Teen Colorado USA 2004 Tori Carter’s extraordinary features are highlighted even more with this amazing face-framing hair style. We started out with a severe center part (which draws the attention to the eyes), and then crimped her shoulder-length hair with a large wave iron halfway down, stopping just below her chin. Next, a straightening iron smoothed the remaining hair to add new emphasis on the renowned wave. After the irons were used, we softly finger-combed the hair into place.
Tori’s pencil-straight tresses are easily transformed into an astounding and touchable style. Her healthy locks are lightly hair-sprayed before the medium wave iron is used. We started at her roots and worked our way to the ends (being careful not to leave the iron on the hair too long). Bangs of any length will continue to be a hot trend this season, so we parted Tori’s hair to the side for a sexy, over-the-eye look. An added flower is flirty and fun.
