After producing the pageant in Vir-
ginia Beach the last three years, State Di-
rector Kim Nicewonder celebrated the
crowning of her 20th Miss Virginia USA
by relocating the pageant back to Bristol.
A couple weeks before the pageant,
Kim announced an exciting new partner-
ship with Rick Hill Imports. Thanks to
Rick Hill Mercedes-Benz, Shannon is
driving a 2013 C250 Mercedes-Benz dur-
ing her year as Miss Virginia USA. □
